European sales and marketing structure adjusted to reflect global polymer market

As part of the business' overall business strategy, DuPont Engineering Polymers (EP) has realigned its European organizational and geographical structure to reflect the global nature of its business.

With effect from 1 July 2008, James R Hay, currently sales director EP
Americas, also gained responsibility for the Europe, Middle East and Africa
(EMEA) region and will relocate to Geneva, Switzerland. His predecessor in
the European role, Alain Baronnier, has accepted a new global assignment
within DuPont Performance Coatings as global business director powder
coatings.

As part of its organizational restructuring for sales and marketing within
EMEA, DuPont EP has concurrently divided the regions into three clusters,
which are led by:

Xavier Ciurana, sales manager for Western Europe, with
responsibility for France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the UK and Ireland;

Christian Beers, sales manager for Central Europe, to include
Germany, Switzerland, Czechia, Slovakia, the Benelux region and the Nordic
countries,

and Jeroen van Campen (previously European marketing manager for
VespelR) as sales manager with responsibility for Eastern Europe (excluding
Czechia and Slovakia), the Middle-East and Africa.
