ESAB's Power TIG 160 and Power TIG 255 DC power sources are the ideal choice for industrial use and for advanced repair and maintenance, offering ease of use with low power consumption.

The Power TIG range is based on inverter technology, which gives the benefits of lightweight, compact, easily transported equipment with the added benefit of low power consumption.

The sturdy, simple design is easy to use and reliable in operation and with IP23 rating is suitable for rugged outdoor use. A built-in dust filter further increases the working reliability, especially in harsh conditions.

The practical control panel features sturdy, easy to use knobs, which give an instant overview of all settings and make operation and setting as simple as possible. A useful shelf built into the top of the unit gives space for tool storage.

With maximum outputs of 160A and 250A, the Power TIG machines are able to weld a large range of materials from 0.5mm plate thickness, both in TIG and MMA, including mild steel, stainless and most other materials.

An Automatic Arc Force feature on both machines gives a stronger arc, making welding easier with certain electrodes, and the Automatic Hot Start function facilitates the starting procedure and simplifies the MMA welding process.
