Specialty multi-wall nanotubes presented at the SAMPE Tech 2012 Conference

SouthWest Nano Technologies (SWeNT) : 22 October, 2012  (Company News)
SouthWest NanoTechnologies is presenting its new SMW line of speciality multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) at the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE) Tech 2012 conference in Charleston, South Carolina
Specialty multi-wall nanotubes presented at the SAMPE Tech 2012 Conference

The SMW materials are used as additives that enable higher electrical conductivity in polymer compounds and improved cathode performance in lithium Ion batteries. The new grades, SMW200 and SMW210 are said to have demonstrated the greatest ease of dispersion and lowest percolation threshold of any MWCNT product.

This event runs from October 22-25 and takes place at the Charleston Convention Center. SAMPE provides a global forum for information, education and professional fellowship in materials and processes advancement.
