ESAB TO SUPPORT TRUFLAME

Europe’s leading manufacturer of welding and cutting systems, arc consumables and personal protection equipment, ESAB, will be supporting Truflame at Railtex.

Truflame is a Network Rail Approved Supplier with over 38 years of experience in high quality welding and cutting equipment and consumables. From a purpose-built premises in Sheffield, with in-house workshops, Truflame offers a specialist knowledge and design facility to the rail repair industry.

At Railtex the company will present a comprehensive range of products including the ESAB product portfolio, standard and automated welding and cutting equipment, welding consumables, accessories and PPE equipment.

ESAB also has a number of products and systems developed specifically for rail repair. These include the Railtrac BV, a semi automatic, pre-programmed rail and crossing repair welding machine; a portable wire feed unit, the Mobilemaster IV, which operates from the open circuit voltage of a DC generator or welding rectifier, and OK 15.43, a gasless cored wire for the repair of carbon manganese rail and crossings. The Railtrac BV, Mobilemaster IV and OK15.43 wire, all carry full Network Rail approval.
