BOREALIS AND TRESPAPHAN HAVE SIGNED LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PP FILM

| Borealis A/S, Denmark, and Trespaphan GmbH, Germany, have signed a License Agreement in the field of biaxially oriented PP films made from high isotactic PP. Borealis has agreed to a license fee of an undisclosed amount and has been granted the right to operate under Trespaphan’s patents related to this type of high isotactic PP. |
