Jerry W. Goodson today was named the new president of APAC-Arkansas, Inc.'s Arkhola business unit in Fort Smith, Ark. He succeeds John C. Sulcer, who will serve as an executive vice president for Arkhola in an advisory role with the transition until his retirement at the end of 2004.
