29 July 2002 - Autotype International
| Autotype International has declared this year’s FESPA, a huge success, with large numbers of visitors attracted to its stand; one of the most striking and elegant of the entire show.
|
The stand, which was visible from the entrance and dominated Hall 9, welcomed thousands of attendees from around the world including an increased number of visitors from the Americas, and countries further afield such as Australia and New Zealand. Autotype took the opportunity to showcase a wide range of industry-leading printing products at the show. In particular, the company promoted its Capillex CP stencil film and Blue Line chemical range in conjunction with the launch of its new-look website. Stephen Osborne, Marketing and Business Development Director at Autotype, said: 'The response Autotype got at FESPA exceeded our expectations. FESPA was a terrific opportunity to meet and share with our dealers and customers our exciting new products and recent enhancements to our product support information. Once this information is in our customers hands we expect that they will be as keen to work with us and to use our products as our dealers are to sell them.' A subsequent poll of visitors to the Autotype stand has revealed that the overwhelming majority of people attended the show primarily to network with their suppliers. 85% of respondents rated their experience at FESPA as a positive one, with 46% rating the overall show as good or excellent and 91% similarly rating the Autotype stand as good or excellent.
