In line with the corporate DSM branding programme “Unlimited.DSM” launched in 2001, aimed at increasing its corporate profile beyond the company’s traditional target groups, will allow industry professionals, engineers and industrial designers throughout Europe and the Americas to better understand the opportunities available for new product development through the use of value-added material technologies. Visitors to the web-site have the opportunity to view and download a wide variety of technical information and on-line demonstrations including: videos, product data sheets, stereolithography style files, case histories and Newsletters. The web content offers the visitor a rare chance to move through real applications and to receive technical tips in response to specific questions related to materials and rapid prototyping solutions. The web-site also features an entire area dedicated to WaterClear™, the first stereolithography resin offering optical clarity and one of the latest DSM Somos® innovations in rapid prototyping technology. The end product represents an extensive information warehouse that incorporates over 11,000 hyperlinks, 1300 of which are external from the website, over 650 images and 2100 files.
