ROYO REJOINS MORGAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

| Gabriel Royo, has rejoined Morgan Construction Company as vice president and general manager of the MORGOIL® Bearing Division and World Wide Rolling Mill Spares, Installations & Services.

Since leaving the company in 2000, Royo, who worked with semiconductor capital equipment at Intel Corporation, was Installation and Qualification Manager for Fab17 in Hudson. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President – Operations for Veeco, of Woodbury, N.Y., a supplier of capital equipment for the semiconductor and data storage businesses. From 1988 until 2000, he was with Morgan Construction Company, leaving as vice president and general manager of the Morgan's Spares and Guides division. A native of Argentina, Royo received his BS degree in Engineering from the University of Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina, and his master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Nebraska in May 1988. Morgan Construction Company, founded in 1888, is a designer and producer of high-quality rolling mill products and services for the metal industry worldwide.
