TechSupport works closely with SSAB Oxelösund’s application engineers and the services complement each other. They are two channels to the same source of knowledge. Questions are answered quickly, within 24 hours at the latest. Inquiries in English, German, Czech, Slovak and Swedish are handled over the phone while other languages are dealt with via e-mail. TechSupport is located in Oxelösund and will support customers on all markets. It is free of charge.
