ARALDITE® ADHESIVES SHOW SIGNS OF SUCCESS AT VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS

On show for the first time will be a portfolio of industrial adhesives that give designers of interior and exterior signs, advertising panels, display units and road signs increased flexibility to employ modern materials, shorten assembly time and make significant cost savings.

Araldite® 2021, Agomet® F300, Agomet® F330and Agomet® F347 are quick cure
adhesives that form strong, durable bonds between disparate materials including acrylic, aluminium, brass, glass, thermoplastics, stainless steel and zinc. Offering excellent performance over a wide temperature range, Araldite adhesives offer prolonged structural integrity and increase the options available to designers keen to use lightweight substrates and assemble complex parts seamlessly, in one operation.

Araldite 2021 is part of the Araldite 2000 range which comprises toughened acrylic, epoxy and polyurethane adhesives to bond almost all engineering substrates, whatever the application. Requiring limited surface pre-treatment and curing in just eight minutes, it is an excellent solution for bonding thermoplastic and aluminium substrates.

Agomet adhesives are innovative methacrylates that can be easily applied without mixing and increase customer bonding options. Agomet F300 is a quick cure methacrylate that forms a permanent join in just three minutes. Agomet F 330 enables the perfect finish on sign designs. A fast cure adhesive capable of withstanding extreme temperatures up to 200°C, it is ideal for designers that want to assembly their sign designs before finishing operations like paint curing and powder coating. Agomet F347 is excellent for bonding metals like galvanized steel, zinc, brass and stainless steel. Offering excellent ageing resistance it cures at ambient temperatures in just 20 minutes.
