BAYER'S GLOBAL POWER COATINGS INTERMEDIATES GROUP TO EXHIBIT AT COATING 2001 SHOW IN ORLANDO
17 September 2001 - Bayer MaterialScience AG

Bayer, one of the world's largest suppliers of raw materials for the coatings and colorants market, will exhibit at the Coating 2001 Show, October 15-17, 2001 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fl.

The Bayer exhibit, #2102, will feature the full range of products offered by the company's recently formed Global Powder Coatings Intermediates Group.

Included in the Bayer exhibit will be information on Rucote® polyester powder resins, Crelan® isocyanate crosslinkers, Bayferrox® synthetic iron oxide pigments and the latest developments in the Rucote polyester powder resins product line.

The new Rucote products' developments to be featured include:

Superdurable resins,
Low-temperature-cure systems, and
New carboxyls for conventional TGIC and hybrid systems.

New catalysts and Crelan crosslinkers will also be featured, and booth visitors will be introduced to the Global Powder Coatings Business Group's new Web site: http://www.bayerpowder.com.
