GEORGIA TECH UNVEILS NEW NANOTECH WEB PORTAL

Like many areas of scientific exploration, nanoscience and nanotechnology exist on the borders between disciplines. NanoTECH brings together the research of more than 100 Georgia Tech scientists in an easily navigated Web site, showcasing groundbreaking work in the synthesis and characteristics of nanomaterials; properties of nanomaterials; nanoscale modeling and simulation; nanodevices, nanophotonics and nanomaterials; and nanomedicine and nano-biotechnology.

The Georgia Institute of Technology announces the launch of NanoTECH, a new Web portal highlighting cross-campus efforts in nanoscience and nanotechnology research.

Important discoveries take place every day across Tech's campus, and NanoTECH provides a portal to these efforts, with information about educational initiatives, faculty research interests and laboratories and facilities dedicated to nanoscience and nanotechnology.
