Germany's Coperion Holding has appointed Mr Gunter Bachmann as the group's new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Bachmann, aged 49, is an internationally experienced executive who previously held senior management positions in Asia and the USA. He has a sound background in the mechanical engineering, equipment construction and service business.
Since his return from the USA Bachmann was employed by The HERAEUS Group where he last served as Chairman of the Executive Board of Heraeus Tanevo AG.
