ADVANTECH LAUNCHES EAUTOMATIONPRO IN CHINA AND JAPAN

Advantech's Industrial Automation Group announced today the launch of localized versions of eAutomationPro for China and Japan. eAutomationPro is a website for automation professionals that offers comprehensive Advantech product information and the ability to purchase both Advantech and third party products.

"We have now rolled out a total of seven sites worldwide and have started a series of marketing activities, including monthly eNewsletters, ad-hoc promotional DMs, magazine insertions of a 16-page catalog, print advertisements in professional publications, telemarketing, and much more, to encourage member registration and build up the website awareness", said Joanna Chiang, Marketing Manager of Advantech Industrial Automation Group. "We plan to launch another site in Australia next month, and 2 more sites in the emerging territories like South America and the Middle East in Q4. This will be done with our joint venture partners and premier channel partners."
