ADVANTECH LAUNCHES LOCALIZED EAUTOMATIONPRO SITES

Advantech Corporation, Industrial Automation Group is proud to launch its localized versions of eAutomationPro, a website for automation professionals in USA, Taiwan, Korea, Germany and Italy. The sites offer comprehensive Advantech product information and the ability to purchase Advantech products directly from the manufacturer.

While eAutomationPro has been available for U.S customers for a while, the site is now fully localized and available in Taiwan, Korea, Germany and Italy. The localization not only means translated content, it also means that each country has local promotions, prices in the local currency, a dedicated call center, application engineers and marketing people.

"The goal of eAutomationPro is to make it easier for Advantech customers to purchase our wide array of Automation products," saidJoanna Chiang, Marketing Manager of Advantech Industrial Automation Group. "With this as our focus, eAutomationPro was built from ground up with the customer's viewpoint, not ours. Top priority was given to creating tools such as the Selection Wizards, which helps find the right product in just a few clicks. Additional valuable features to Automation customers including free expert help, easy access to support and services, an extensive library of FAQs, a download section offering all the latest support related information, and fast effective delivery."

"With over 300 automation products currently for sale, a big problem Advantech customers ran into was not being able to figure out what productwould work for the project they're working on," Joanna Chiang further illustrates. "eAutomationPro will make it a lot easier for engineers to figure out if Advantech offers a product that fits their requirements."

A detailed product selection wizard was implemented to simplify the task of finding product information needed to make a purchase or solve a problem. And if a solution is not found, Advantech's team of experienced engineers are available to assist free of charge.
