NEW CEO FOR CPS COLOR GROUP OY

In the past few years, the Group has been able to improve its position as a leading provider of advanced tinting solutions. Mr Metsänen feels this is a good time for bringing in new ideas for further developing the company. He will concentrate on deepening the company's customer focus and on strengthening customer relationships.

Mr Arto Metsänen has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of CPS Color Group Oy. Mr Metsänen will replace Mr Jyrki Perttunen, the former CEO of the Group.

Mr Metsänen feels this is a good time for bringing in new ideas for further developing the company. He will concentrate on deepening the company's customer focus and on strengthening customer relationships.

Mr. Arto Metsänen, M.Sc. Engineering, (born 1956) previously worked as the President and CEO of Consolis Oy/AB, market leader for prefabricated concrete products. Prior to that he has made a long international career in the top management of Sandvik Tamrock Corporation, a leading drilling and excavation products.
