ESAB INTRODUCES PLASMA DELUXE GUIDE KIT DESIGNED TO SUIT THE COMPANY'S ENTIRE RANGE OF PLASMA CUTTING TORCHES

ESAB has introduced a Plasma Deluxe Guide Kit that has been designed to suit the company's entire range of plasma cutting torches. Users no longer have to check that they have the correct bushing to mount the torch in the guide, as the kit includes a full set of bushings and sleeves, each of which has the appropriate torch model names clearly embossed on the side. Guides in the kit enable circular and straight cuts to be made, plus bevelling and line following can be undertaken.

This single guide kit replaces four existing kits to make ordering and stockholding simpler for customers who use ESAB plasma torches (models PT-17, PT-23/27, PT-25, PT-31/34 and PT-32), and a comprehensive yet easy-to-understand instruction booklet provides details on how to make the most of the equipment.

A rotating head design with a choice of suction or magnetic pivot ensures that circles are accurately cut, with diameters ranging from 45 to 1050mm. Moreover, using the guide kit to maintain the tip at the optimum height above the workpiece ensures the fastest possible cutting speed without compromising quality or diminishing the life of the torch components.

To ensure long life for the guide kit parts, high-quality materials and design features are used, such as stainless steel axles for the guide wheels, and washer guards to prevent jamming. Indeed, ESAB is so confident of the design of the Deluxe Guide Kit that a three-year warranty is provided as standard.

All of the guide kit components are protected by a specially designed, robust carrying case that ensures the correct items are always found quickly when they are needed.
