ORIGOTIG MACHINES OFFER GO-ANYWHERE PORTABILITY

Go-anywhere welding flexibility is available with the ESAB OrigoTig 150 and 200 welding machines. Robust construction, including an IP23 enclosure, is combined with proven electronics technology and ease of set-up for TIG or MMA welding, with capability to weld materials from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm thickness.

Both units benefit from features developed to make it easier for a user to produce a high quality weld. Setting on the integrated sealed membrane control panel is straightforward utilising icon-type push buttons and a rotary dial.

For TIG applications the option of HF or LiftArc ignition is available while availability of programmable post gas (0-10 seconds) and slope down (0-5 seconds) helps to ensure a consistent weld.

In similar vein, for MMA applications the machines are equipped with hot start and ArcPlus functions. These make for an easier start and provide a measure of control over arc conditions during welding. Maximum current for MMA is 150 A for both machines.

Both units weigh 8.2 kg and are easily lifted using the top-mounted carrying handle. A range of accessories are available for use with the machines, and the OrigoTig 150 is available as a ready-for-use package which also includes an MMA welding and return cable kit and a BTF 150 OKC 25 welding torch.
