The all-new Aristo system from ESAB provides high performance and great flexibility. Thanks to its modular design the sturdy, dependable system can be configured to meet any present and future requirements for MIG/MAG, DC - TIG, and MMA welding.

Aristo provides outstanding welding characteristics built around a power source based on inverter IGBT technology.

System flexibility is optimised by the CAN-bus digital communications and control system that allows all units to communicate with each other. CAN-bus also means fewer cables, making the robust system more reliable and easier to maintain.

Control panels are available in three series to meet the needs and demands of the different welding processes. Designed for use without the need to remove welding gloves, the controls are all durable and easy to use and feature backlit graphic displays and text menus.

All power sources, AristoMig, AristoTig and AristoArc, deliver up to 400A (320A at 60% duty cycle). AristoMig and AristoTig can also be supplied with a water-cooling unit and multiple voltage unit for extra versatility.

Modern and compact in design, Aristo is the first welding machine to incorporate an Alutech aluminium chassis constructed from extruded sections. This sturdy, robust material is capable of withstanding rough treatment to give longer equipment life.
