NEW PEDESTAL RAIL GANTRY STYLE WATERJET CUTTING MACHINE

The Hydrocut Pedestal Rail gantry style waterjet cutting machine is designed for companies looking to take advantage of this technology for the first time. It is available in 1524mm or 1828 mm cutting widths and is capable of cutting a range of materials including exotic alloys, metals, plastics and even cardboard.

Hydrocut PR features one waterjet station with an abrasive cutting nozzle providing maximum cutting speed, reduced operating costs and easy maintenance. Traverse speed is rated at 2.5 to 25,400mm/minute and standard cut length is 3352mm. It operates from a 230V 50/60Hz, three phase supply.

An abrasive cutting nozzle provides maximum cutting speeds with reduced operating costs and extremely simple maintenance. The pre-aligned cartridge body, orifice and focusing tube produce a sharp and coherent water-abrasive stream, which cuts faster than other nozzles while consuming less abrasive.

ESAB's Vision 1000 CNC control system, a Windows base controller with floppy drive are part of the Hydrocut PR package. Options include the ESAB Vision PC CNC control system, Video-Path tracing system, hand pendant, way covers and laser pointer.
