Advanced Polymer Alloys (APA), a division of Ferro Corporation, and manufacturer of Melt-Processable Rubber MPR) and elastomers, has launched a redesigned Web-site to provide easier and more intuitive access to critical technical data about its Alcryn MPR.

APA's web site (www.APAinfo.com) is intended to be a ‘one-stop shop’ where design engineers, moulders, and others can find Alcryn MPR technical information, including detailed processing information, anti-static properties, over-moulding recommendations, chemical resistance data and a colouring guide.

Alcryn MPR is a durable, true rubber that processes like a plastic. It offers product designers and manufacturers the feel and performance of rubber, with fast cycle times, plus benefits like superior resistance to oil, petrol, ultraviolet light and other harmful elements.

'Product manufacturers, processors, and design engineers require easy access to critical information in order to make the right material decisions. APA provides just that with the redesigned Web-site,' said Jeff Senich, new business development manager for APA. 'The new site brings vital information to their fingertips faster.'
