Originally developed for thrust washer application inside transmission housing, these high temperature compounds offer maximum tribological properties at a much lower cost than other thermoplastics systems. Splash Lube Gold Compounds incorporate specially formulated high temperature nylons, internal lubricants, and other additives to deliver top wear performance over a wide Pressure Velocity window. Typical application are thrust washers, wear sleeves, sealing rings, and pump bushings used by heavy equipment, small engine, and transmission manufacturers. Key features include
