NEW ABB DISPLAY STAND TAKES CARE OF ITSELF
15 March 2005 - ABB Limited (Group Headquarters)

With ABB's EPack stand, the time and effort traditionally associated with maintaining a display stand is eliminated. Each product featured on the stand is accompanied by an individual ticket, which customers simply take to the counter when ordering.

Because each product is bolted onto the stand, the display will never become depleted, eliminating the need to carry a separate line of stock for the display and ensuring that the EPack range is always fully represented. For wholesalers, carrying only one line of standard products reduces the cost and space associated with conventional product displays. Having just one set of products permanently on display also eliminates the need for additional product packaging.

The EPack stand has been specifically designed to make displaying our products as easy as possible for wholesalers, says Gareth Rowlands, ABB Limited. With no need to restock the display, all a wholesaler has to do is replace the tickets for the products. We'll even send a representative each month to spring clean the display if necessary!

Every EPack stand comes with a standard set of industrial products including samples of ABB's distribution, switching and control equipment. The stand can be easily adapted with panels to enable the display of additional products from the range such as wiring accessories and consumer units.

In the event that a product is not instantly available, the EPack stand is underpinned by an express 24-hour delivery guarantee. Provided that an order is placed before noon, it can be available for next day delivery to the customer's premises.
