The highlight of this years‘ Sandvik Process Systems’ stand at Achema is a working model of the new Rotoform high speed pastillation system, which will be shown alongside a model of a standard Rotoform 3000.

Developed in response to changing pastillation requirements in the oil and gas industry, Rotoform HS offers as much as twice the previous throughput capacity.

This new development, along with the growth in several application areas for the tried and tested Rotoform family, such as urea pastillation and fat chemicals processing, confirms Sandvik’s leading position in steel belt based process technology.

Key application areas include:-
-general process technology, such as continuous cooling, drying, freezing
-granulation
-sheet-/film casting
-conveying

An indication of Sandvik’s strong position and steady effort in development and market penetration is a significant increase in order intake in all market areas, mainly for turnkey installations.
