For quick and easy, large scale automation in materials testing, Lloyd Instruments has now launched a new upgraded version of its Batch Tester program. Version 4.2 of this software utility now include seven greater flexibility in terms of automation and reporting, and incorporates many advanced security features found on NEXYGEN MT V4.5, the company's acclaimed parent software.

Batch Tester V4.2 automates the large scale testing of raw materials and finished products using the latest Lloyd Instruments' materials testing machines. New features include additional drop down boxes for easy set up, an auto log-off system once a test is complete, and automatic appearance of graph displays, batch results or SPC charts at the end of each test. For greater operator security and data protection, all users must be pre-approved by a supervisor first and access is restricted once a batch is in operation. Data is also stored automatically in accessible files for comprehensive analysis and reporting in NEXYGEN and familiar Microsoft packages.

The Batch Tester is ideal for production line operations on the factory floor of manufacturing industries where efficiency and minimum test time are crucial to profitability. By scheduling all the routine testing tasks, the 'Batch Tester' reduces the man hours dedicated to repetitive test operations.

Batch Tester V4.2 is available on the NEXYGEN MT Version 4.5 software CD. Lloyd Instruments testing equipment is used in many industries for testing materials such as plastics, rubber, metals, food, packaging, paper, textiles, adhesives, medical devices and components.
