Axxicon Mould Technology has developed a high performance multi-cavity mould for the production of a medical spray cap.

Building on its extensive experience in developing customer specified moulds, Axxicon Mould Technology is able to apply its skills and know-how to develop the best possible customised moulds for pharmaceuticals / medical devices as well as high-end disposable packaging.

Axxicon Mould Technology has developed a high performance multi-cavity mould for the production of this medical spray cap. Working in close cooperation with the customer, this high precision mould complies with the most stringent requirements. The multi-cavity mould is interchangeable from cavity to cavity and exceptionally reliable.

This is an example of the way in which Axxicon Mould Technology achieves high mould productivity and the lowest cost of ownership through realising low cycle times, cap closure within the mould as well as high uptime.
