Alcoa has announced the sale of Aluminium Reynolds de Venezuela, known as Alreyven, to Topes Y Techos SA, a Venezuelan company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Alreyven, is a small extrusions company that produces approximately 2800 tons of extrusions per year. It was acquired by Alcoa as part of the Reynolds acquisition in 2000.
