Axxicon Moulds Cleveleys, part of the Axxicon Mould Technology Group, has produced a series of moulds for the production of disposable razor handles. Axxicon has produced over 200 cavity sets for use in a number of manufacturing locations worldwide.

Axxicon Mould Technology specialises in the production of repeat series of moulds to meet the needs of global producers. In its manufacturing location in Cleveleys, UK, Axxicon offers a range of facilities, including off line programming, pre-setting, job management and automated work piece and electrode handling. Complete cavity interchangeability ensures that the end product looks sharp throughout its lifecycle, wherever in the world it is produced.

According to Managing Director, Michael Grant, Axxicon Moulds Cleveleys specialises in managing complete programmes, often requiring short lead times. “We have both the skills and the experience to act as a full service provider to our customers. For many years now, we have been delivering total solutions in industrial repeat series – and to date we have managed more than 200 projects in a range of industries, from automotive to teletronics.

Axxicon Mould Technology has already established a strong reputation for the development and production of standardised mould systems for optical media, such as CD, DVD, Smarts Cards and moulds for the manufacturing of ISO test specimens through its acclaimed AIM Mould System.
