BOCS FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLIGHTED IN NEW BRAND NAME

BOC Sureflow, the UK and Ireland’s leading supplier of carbon dioxide and carbon dioxide/nitrogen mixtures for the hospitality sector is to get a new look, will trade as part of BOC's new global hospitality brand, BOC Sureserve.

The UK launch is the first for the new brand and forms part of a 12 month rollout to other regions where BOC serves the hospitality sector including Brazil, Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

The new brand has been two years in the making and is backed by in-depth research conducted in six countries with a range of hospitality customers including fast food companies, restaurants, pubs, clubs and entertainment groups.

That research has highlighted just how well customers rate BOC’s hospitality business with the UK business being highly valued for reliable service, wealth of industry knowledge, product quality and innovation as well as its responsible approach to safety.

David Beech, business director for BOC Sureflow said: “The feedback from customers has underlined the trust there is in the global BOC name and the high regard our customers have for the BOC hospitality business.

“A key part of our commitment to customers is the constant emphasis BOC places on safe working in confined cellar spaces and with the storage and handling of CO2, nitrogen and other gases by those working in the hospitality sector. We know the dangers gases can present for our customers and their staff so it is especially encouraging that they value our approach to safety.”

Said Beech: “The change of name builds on our good reputation and sends a clear and consistent message to our customers throughout the UK and Ireland that everything BOC Sureserve does is focused on supporting their business.

“The BOC Sureserve name also reflects our commitment to build a range of new services in the future that will support and strengthen our ties with customers. We have a great deal more to offer our customers and the new Sureserve name will be the platform on which we will develop exciting new service offers.”

The first opportunity BOC customers in the UK will have to see the new brand will be at the Northern Restaurant and Bar exhibition at the GMEX centre, Manchester. The BOC Sureserve team will also be present at Pub & Bar at Olympia, London, in April.
