| BOC Industrial will unveil an expanded package of products and services for the laser industry when it launches a new look for its dedicated cryogenic service, BOC Cryospeed at the MACH2006 exhibition in Birmingham. |

Through its BOC Cryospeed service BOC gives customers access to an even broader range of high purity laser assist gases, vital for customers needing to reduce downtime, sustain laser life and improve their productivity. The range is backed by secure and reliable supply and storage options, expert technical advice and safety equipment. Martin Passingham, BOC Industrial market manager said: “The speed of change in the laser industry is such that BOC is continually working with key manufacturers to help them improve the speed and efficiency of lasers. “The BOC Cryospeed package for the laser industry has been developed through a combination of discussions with customers about their needs and research and testing by our technical experts using the latest technology at BOC’s fabrication technology centre.” “That combination means BOC has a thorough understanding of how different laser applications are used across the fabrication industry and the daily demands made of BOC laser gases and equipment.” Said Passingham: “The breadth of products and services offered by BOC Cryospeed will have real benefit for our laser customers. We know for example, that our ultra high pressure Cryocyl cryogenic tank, developed in the last 12 months - allows larger job shops to handle a multitude of different jobs in a short space of time while maintaining a continuous flow and pressure of laser assist gas.” BOC Cryospeed’s range of cryogenic products and services includes: cryogenic gases including liquid Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon for use in laser applications on-site mix solutions. Liquid product is delivered to storage vessels and a mix is tailored to suit specific applications. BOC Cryospeed experts can also advise on a range of storage and maintenance options advice from BOC Cryospeed sales and service operators on the safe handling, use and storage of cryogenic product and equipment. Customers are also provided access to safety resource materials pre-delivery vessel inspections, planned maintenance and repair on vessels rented from BOC regular maintenance programme for owners of cryogenic vessels via maintenance packages, BOC Cryocare and OnStream range of safe storage options including open flasks (up to 66 litre capacity), dewars (up to 50 litres) and a selection off pressured vessels from low pressure (3 bar) through to 2000 litre ultra high pressure vessels (35 bar) used in top-of–the-range laser applications. delivery by a fleet of dedicated secure vehicles supported by a network of air separation units and storage depots across the UK. BOC Industrial will be introducing the new look BOC Cryospeed to laser customers as part of a series of free seminars over the course of the exhibition. The full range of BOC Industrial products and services for the laser industry will be showcased at MACH 2006, including BOC laser gases and laserpure gas mixes, storage solutions from dewars to large cryogenic tanks, gas equipment including changeover manifolds, gas regulators as well as safety gear.
