BOC Sureflow, the UK’s leading supplier of dispense gas to the hospitality industry, today announced the launch of a new gas mixing panel specifically designed to allow smaller outlets to offer customers a wider range of beers. CellaSure is an innovative proprietary cellar equipment which allows customers who use less than 300 barrels per year to offer a wider range of beer by producing the full range of mixed gases required from only two cylinders of gas. All beers can therefore be dispensed using the gas mixture recommended by brewers to ensure the correct quality at all times. This convenient and easy to use system is small and fits easily into the cellar, reducing cylinder clutter and creating a safer environment Until now smaller outlets have had difficulties in matching the range of draught beers offered by larger outlets. Different types of beer require a different type of mixed gas to ensure customers receive the perfect pint. This has often led to smaller outlets not being able to offer certain beers or having to use the wrong mix of gas to dispense a popular brand. BOC Sureflow’s technical manager, Tony Smith, said: "CellaSure has enhanced our range of dispense equipment solutions to allow even the smallest outlet to benefit from our expertise. It harnesses new, exclusive technology for convenient, easy and reliable dispensing that ensures the quality customers demand". CellaSure was initially offered to Scottish Courage customers as part of the recent BOC Sureflow and Scottish Courage’s service partnership. Philip Thorley, operations director for Thorley Taverns, said of the CellaSure recently installed in their pub, "The system has reduced the number of gas cylinders we are required to handle as well as reducing confusion over all the different gas mixes. This has allowed our managers to use their time more efficiently to deliver a higher standard of customer service."
