At its current production site in Aland, Finland the CC Group has expanded its operation with the construction of a new 2000 sq m manufacturing and development building. Increased demand for the company's custom designed Fluoropolymer color concentrates and compound from European and Asian customers and as well as new and more demanding environmental requirements justified this new investment. Special attention was given to improved material flow and efficiencies both in the laboratories and production. New development labs as well as new offices were part of the project. The manufacturing area is equipped with the newest high technology air handling system, which combines HVAC (HVAC = Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning) with an airborne dust and pigment filtering system. The government approved the plant's new environmental protection control.
