With this in mind, Husky introduced several new hot runner products and services at NPE that support the specific requirements of a wide range of applications, including automotive, closures, consumer electronics, medical and packaging, including: High-speed packaging nozzle — Purpose-built high-speed, high-pressure nozzle for quantum-leap performance in thinwall packaging applications. Split sprue bar — Eliminates drool, keeps molding area clear, allowing for clean free drop of parts or easy robot access. UltraFlow mixing tip — Delivers the fastest color change on the market. Ultra 1750 Valve Gate — Hydraulic valve-gate nozzle for large part automotive molding. Guaranteed leakproof for three years. Ultra 1000 RP — Complete hot-half with plates at a competitive price, without compromise on performance or quality. Available up to 12 drops for large-part molding, including automotive, and guaranteed leakproof for three years. Husky also featured Single Cavity Valve Gates, which are ideal for prototyping or low-volume requirements; Sequential Valve Gate Control, a new option on Husky's TTC hot runner temperature controllers and two-week PRONTO deliveries, the industry's only two-week shipment program for a fully configurable, complete hot-half with plates.
