NEW AUTOMATIC AND CNC MACHINES

| The new RAS XXL-Centre has proved extremely successful all around the world, and there are currently 5 installed in the UK with 2 others on order. This is an automatic ‘up and down’ folder for roofing applications and it comes in 4m, 6m and 8m long versions. The 4m machine on display will be delivered right after the show to a company in Cambridgeshire. Also featured will be the excellent RAS FLEXIbend CNC Folder; the latest version having automatic crowning adjustment. |
The new RAS XXL-Centre has proved extremely successful all around the world, and there are currently 5 installed in the UK with 2 others on order. This is an automatic ‘up and down’ folder for roofing applications and it comes in 4m, 6m and 8m long versions. The 4m machine on display will be delivered right after the show to a company in Cambridgeshire. Also featured will be the excellent RAS FLEXIbend CNC Folder; the latest version having automatic crowning adjustment. The Wecotech Tubex-10 is also new and provides excellent quality tube end ‘in and out’ forming at reasonable cost. It is based on the well proven Tubex machine, but has external as well as internal tools controlled via CNC. A standard Tubex will also be shown. Luna of Sweden will have a model 8268 15/45 CNC Bending Roller on display. This has 1540 x 4.5mm capacity, and this particular machine will have a variety of slots in the top roll to allow forming of cylinders with end flanges. This machine has also been sold and will be delivered to a well known truck and bus exhaust system manufacturer in the UK after the show. A full complement of specialists from RAS, Luna and Wecotech will be on hand with JMM staff to answer questions on all the machines they supply as well as those on display.
