It is based on the well proven Tubex machine, but has external as well as internal tools controlled via CNC.

A standard Tubex will also be shown. Luna of Sweden will have a model 8268 15/45 CNC Bending Roller on display. This has 1540 x 4.5mm capacity, and this particular machine will have a variety of slots in the top roll to allow forming of cylinders with end flanges. This machine has also been sold and will be delivered to a well known truck and bus exhaust system manufacturer in the UK after the show. A full complement of specialists from RAS, Luna and Wecotech will be on hand with JMM staff to answer questions on all the machines they supply as well as those on display.
