The CNC Sheet metal power folding machines and matching shears are designed with long and thin applications in mind…ideal for fabricating building flashings and the like. The User Friendly Touchscreen control allows the operator to call up profiles from the library or “design as you go”… the operator creates a thumbnail sketch on the touchscreen and the controller seeks a similar profile for alteration of dimensions and angles to suit the tailor made profile. Once created the profile can be stored in the memory for repeats in the future. The speed and agility of these machines is impressive and of course the component remains flat when bending takes place. Furthermore most profiles can be obtained from the standard tooling without costly and time consuming tool changes. Front delivery Guillotine Shears will also be on display. Profile Rollforming machines will be represented illustrating the special purpose rollformers available from Bulldog. Also on display will be a light duty Cut to length and slitting machine 1,250mm width x 1.2 mm thick steel from a 3 tonne decoiler Three full size screens will show Bulldog’s range of Cladding Rollformer, Long Folders, Coil Processing equipment and other Sheet metal working machinery in action through DVDs.
