NEW DIMECO ALIPRESSE AND HAEGER PRODUCTS ON SHEAR-FORM MACHINE TOOLS

| Two brand new metalforming and coil processing systems will be the star attractions on Shear-Form Machine Tools Ltd. Dimeco’s latest highly flexible, programmable ‘Flexipunch’ will show its flexibility in coil processing. It will feature the latest Simo-Star Microfeed servo drive feeder for multi axis control of the tooling and Dimeco’s Press Feeding System demonstrating automatic line speed regulation for optimum press synchronisation showing just how different components can be manufactured from one coil without the need to stop the line to change tooling or programs. |
Two brand new metalforming and coil processing systems will be the star attractions on Shear-Form Machine Tools Ltd. Dimeco’s latest highly flexible, programmable ‘Flexipunch’ will show its flexibility in coil processing. It will feature the latest Simo-Star Microfeed servo drive feeder for multi axis control of the tooling and Dimeco’s Press Feeding System demonstrating automatic line speed regulation for optimum press synchronisation showing just how different components can be manufactured from one coil without the need to stop the line to change tooling or programs. A brand new Haeger robot insertion cell comprising the company’s 824’OneTouch’ insertion press with a 25kg Motorman UP50N 6 axis industrial robot plus Haeger’s insertion software will be inserting self clinch nuts into components made by the Dimeco ‘Flexipunch’. Other equipment on show will include a Multiflex Cornerformer from ACF Engineering, Austria, for use in panel fabrication forming of corners on electrical cabinet doors, computer casings, trays, lids, oven doors, furniture, suitcase covers, cladding, bottom pans for humidifiers as well as traffic and other signs. It can form 4 closed corners of a single galvanised door in around 60 seconds being up to 10 times faster than welding. Details of McKechnie International, USA and their D-Bur-r 131-E de-burring machine for use on most materials, aluminium, mild steel and especially stainless steel will be available.
