Findlay, Ohio, Premier Material Concepts, custom manufacturers of TPE, ABS, HIPS, PP and acrylics for thermoforming, POP display material, converters and custom fabricators, provides extruded material for products that need to withstand continued impact, abrasion and exposure to chemicals. One such example is an extruded material for a tray used for hotel room service and subjected to continual cleaning in an industrial dishwasher. In this application the customer provided a PVC film that PMC used in conjunction with a high impact .210 ABS substrate for the core. PMC laminates the PVC film at the primary nip in their extrusion line.

PMC works with each customer to meet their specific needs. Depending on other OEM’s needs PMC has several varieties of PVC films and core colors available for this type of application.
