SSDI CONSIDERS OSPREY CE ALLOYS AS 'PRIME MATERIAL' FOR USE IN POWER MODULE BASPLATES
For example, unlike AlSiC, the CE Alloys are machinable and plateable using conventional methods, and the price of CE Alloys (eg CE7 with a 7ppm/C coefficient of expansion) is typically about half that of Cu/W.
