29 April 2006 - Vishay Electronic Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. an 80.4%-owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. today released a family of new analog switches designed for direct battery operation in portable applications. Offering low on-resistance and low-level logic control through the full voltage range of 1.6 V to 4.3 V, the new switches are aimed at end products including cell phones, set-top boxes, PDAs, and media players.
