Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. has extended its family of Vishay Beyschlag thin film flat chip resistors by introducing devices in 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1206 packages with resistance value up to 221 kΩ, 511 kΩ, 1.5 MΩ, and 2.0 MΩ respectively. The MCS 0402, MCT 0603, MCU 0805, and MCA 1206 resistors are aimed at applications that require extended value ranges with high stability and accuracy.

The new Vishay Beyschlag ACAS 0612 series resistor arrays are available in both precision and professional versions. They have absolute TCR down to ± 25 ppm/ K, and tracking TCR as low as 10 ppm/ K. The devices are offered in industry-standard resistance values from 100 ohms to 221 kilohms in numerous configurations including four equal, four different, or two equal value pairs. Matched values for applications such as precision voltage dividers are also available from stock.

Seventeen new power MOSFETs that offer exceptionally low on-resistance values down to 3.7 milliohms in the compact PowerPAK 1212 8 package were released today by Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. These TrenchFET Gen II devices deliver significant space savings with dimensions of just 3.3 mm by 3.3 mm by 1 mm, just 1/3 the size of the SO 8 package, as well as low thermal resistance of 2 degrees Celsius per Watt for an eightfold improvement when compared with SO 8 devices.
Vishay's new phototriacs provide dV/dt greater than 5 kV/µs

The new ZC VO4157 and VO4158 series phototriacs consist of a GaAs infrared LED that is optically coupled to a photosensitive ZC TRIAC detector chip. This design type helps to reduce EMI noise harmonics while featuring lower peak operating currents, making it well suited for noise sensitive circuits. Devices in the VO4257 and VO4258 series of NZC phototriacs, on the other hand, have the advantage of being able to trigger any time during the ac phase cycle and turn off at the next zero crossing. This makes the NZC devices an ideal choice for many phase modulation applications.
