13 May, 2006
Temacolor W is CPS Color's colorant system for tinting primarily waterborne industrial coatings. In the development of Temacolor W, special attention was paid to the universal character of the colorants. As a result, manufacturers of waterborne coatings can use the products in a wide range of waterborne coatings, including, but not limited to 2k PUR, 2k epoxy, acrylate, polyester, waterborne alkyds and also waterborne decorative paints. They are Alkyl Phenol Ethoxylate free and moreover contain the lowest possible amount of solvents or Volatile Organic Compounds. At the same time, the selection and amount of specific state-of-the-art pigments in the Temacolor W colorant system is tailored to industrial applications. Manufacturers will find that Temacolor W meets the high demands that industrial coatings are faced with regarding colorant acceptance, gloss and hardness of the coat layer. Of course, the rheology of the colorants is optimized to an excellent performance in volumetric tinting equipment.
