Advanced Polymer Alloys, a division of Ferro Corporation and the world's leading supplier of Melt-Processible Elastomers, today announced that it will introduce its newest material – DuraGrip Thermoplastic Elastomer, to the Asia/Pacific region during the upcoming Chinaplas 2005 Exhibition. The international trade show will take place June 21-24 at the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Pazhou, Guangzhou, China.
APA will display DuraGrip TPE along with its premium material, Alcryn Melt-Processible Rubber, courtesy of Jacobson Van Den Berg Ltd. its largest distributor in the region. Chinaplas will mark the official introduction of DuraGrip TPE to the region.
'China is obviously a growing market in the worldwide plastics industry, making Chinaplas 2005 a significant event for both manufacturers and material suppliers,' said Jeff Senich, business development manager for APA. APA's display will include samples of DuraGrip TPE and Alcryn MPR, including automotive applications (soft grip knobs, shifter boots, interior grab handles, etc.), architectural profiles, tool and appliance grips, sports equipment, and more.
