New guide to ESAB's MIG/MAG/FCW welding equipment
|
ESAB Group
: 19 September, 2005 (New Product) |
|
ESAB has published a new MIG/MAG/FCW Welding Equipment brochure that is available free of charge upon request. This twelve-page full-colour publication covers the company's extensive range of single and three-phase MIG/MAG and pulsed multipurpose inverter power sources as well as equipment such as wire feed units and welding torches. |
|
Numerous models of OrigoMag and ESABMig single-phase and three-phase machines are described, all of which offer the professional or industrial welder excellent performance with both solid and cored wires. Depending on the model, various options are available, such as a spot weld timer, adjustable burn-back control, and integral water cooling.
For high-productivity industrial use, the ESABMig step-controlled and thyristor-controlled systems deliver exceptional control in a rugged, reliable package that includes the power source, wire feed unit, interconnection cable and welding torch.
AristoMig multiprocess inverter packages benefit from an inverter-based system that supports MIG, MAG, MMA, Superpulse and universal welding (depending on the model). Other capabilities available with the AristoMig inverter machines include pre-programmed synergic lines, ESAB's True Arc Voltage System for maintaining the correct arc voltage irrespective of the interconnection or return cable lengths, and the integral LogicPump that automatically controls the water circulation as soon as a water-cooled torch is connected.
A similar family of digitally controlled multipurpose AristoMig machines is available, having the added advantage that DC TIG welding is possible with the universal models.
Customers purchasing AristoMig power sources can also select the optimum wire feed unit from the ESABFeed range. Different wire drive systems are offered, together with a choice of man-machine interfaces that incorporate a variety of control and memory functions. All models benefit from an enclosed wire spool as standard.
To complement the power sources and wire feed units, the new guide also describes the four families of MIG/MAG welding torches. These are the MXL medium-duty torches, the PSF industrial-duty torches, the MXH 400W PP electric push-pull guns, and the PKB air push-pull guns. |
