With the firm intention of building closer business relationships with its customers in the Czech and Slovak Republics, GE Advanced Materials has decided to open a sales office in Prague. The address in Prague is BB Centrum, Vyskocilova 1a, 14028 Prague 4, telephone + 420 22 4445670.
This decision was driven by GE’s growing business in the region and these countries’ accession to the European Union. GE Advanced Materials will be servicing all orders in the region directly. A local commercial team has been established, together with dedicated customer service, technical and marketing support.
This team will serve both the automotive and non-automotive market, with customers in a variety of industries including aerospace, appliances, automotive, building and construction, data storage and optical media, medical, electrical and electronic devices, telecommunications, computers and peripheral devices, outdoor vehicles and devices, and packaging.
James Neuling, Regional Manager for Central Region, says on this opening: “We are excited to be here. The Czech and Slovak Republics occupy a central position in the Europe of the future. It is moreover located in the major markets for the automotive industry, in which it has a long tradition.
