Practical solution for dispensing and applying ultra-fast cure two component epoxy resin

Master Bond : 01 December, 2004  (New Product)
Master Bond Polymer System EP65HT-1 provides the first practical solution for dispensing and applying ultra-fast cure 10:1 mix ratio two component epoxy resin compositions.
Master Bond Polymer System EP65HT-1 provides the first practical solution for dispensing and applying ultra-fast cure 10:1 mix ratio two component epoxy resin compositions. This compound sets up in 3-5 minutes in 10-20 gram masses at room temperature. A specially designed manually operated dispenser eliminates all mixing problems and provides simple reliable application. The cured product exhibits outstanding physical strength properties and chemical resistance. It also withstands exposure to elevated temperatures. EP65HT-1 meets NASA low outgassing specifications.

Master Bond EP65HT-1 overcomes the deficiencies of well known adhesive systems as instant cure cyanoacrylates and special acrylic polymer formulations, particularly in its resistance to high temperatures. The cured high strength bonds are tough, water resistant and dimensionally stable over a wide service temperature range of -60 to +400F. They enhance productivity by combining high performance with remarkably fast room temperature cures. Unlike other commercially available super fast cure adhesives, EP65HT-1 makes bonds that are impact resistant. They can be subjected to high humidity and water immersion for prolonged time periods. EP65HT-1 is available in a variety of colours.
