Amberchrom HPR10 reversed phase chromatographic resin reduces operating costs and improves process economics through its unique 10 monosized polymeric resin which combines all the advantages of both premium silica and polymeric media including: selectivity, high yield and capacity, full pH stability, full CIP/SIP compatibility and stability up to 100 bar.

Amberchrom HPR10 has been optimized to deliver high capacity for peptides, small proteins and other biomolecules.

Previously, silica was the preferred media for final polishing steps and polymeric resins were mostly used for capture and the intermediate step. Amberchrom HPR10 resin, with its very rigid polymeric matrix and a mechanical resistance close to that of silica can perform under pressures as high as 100 bar and provide improved selectivity and purity. The high loading capabilities of the Amberchrom HPR10 resin enable economical, large scale operation for critical products such as therapeutic peptides.

Amberchrom HPR10 resin can withstand rigorous clean-in-place protocols. It allows you to use 1 N NaOH for CIP in your final polishing step, thus saving processing and validation time.
