A new series of thin film resistor dividers in the surface-mount SOT-23 package has been introduced by Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.
Featuring temperature coefficient ratio tracking of ±2 ppm/°C and a ratio tolerance as tight as 0.05%, the new MPM series will serve a wide range of applications requiring precision resistor matching and close TCR tracking over temperature and size. Ratio options for the MPM series range from 1:1 to 100:1.
As a replacement for discrete chip resistors, the MPM series combines space savings and superior performance, with resistive elements integrated within a single package onto a common substrate and resulting in near-identical conditions over time and temperature for each element.
More than 15 off-the-shelf standard divider ratios ensure immediate availability of an appropriate component for most applications, with custom non-standard ratios available on request. Designers can additionally choose from standard Tamelox or custom tantalum nitride resistor films.
Samples and production quantities of MPM series resistor dividers are available now, with lead times from stock to 10 weeks. |
