Website upgrade for heat treatment and surface engineering company

Wallwork Heat Treatment : 01 February, 2013  (Company News)
Metal improvement specialist, the Wallwork Group, has launched a new website to bring together its complete portfolio of services.
Website upgrade for heat treatment and surface engineering company

Group companies major on metal heat treatment, thermal processing, application of advanced coatings, bespoke PVD coating equipment and temperature resistant castings. In addition, the company’s laboratory services research new metal improvement processes including their development for full scale production.

“Many customers know us for a particular range of services but are not always aware of the wider expertise available in the group.  It made sense to unify the sites for all group companies, including Wallwork for heat treatment, Tecvac for advanced coatings and the Wallwork foundry for cast alloys. This showcases the depth of experience and knowledge in the company and range of industry and manufacturer approved services,” explained director Simeon Collins.

Wallwork and Tecvac support manufacturers in aerospace, motorsport, nuclear, oil and gas engineering.  Their surface engineering expertise is also sought after by other demanding customers such as medical device manufacturers and horologists. With three manufacturing sites in Manchester, Birmingham and Cambridge, round the clock operations and a fleet of over 40 vehicles for daily collection and delivery, the company offers a rapid turnaround service nationwide.

“We have created an information rich site, but plan to continuously add content to reflect the growing technical and commercial capability of the group and our involvement with prime aerospace and engineering manufacturers, leading universities and advanced technology programmes,” concluded Collins.

The new web site was designed together with Thomas Cole Internet Solutions.
